UBU Store Policy

At UBU Candle Co., we make every effort to ensure each of our candles are hand-crafted perfectly for you. We take time and pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your UBU candle purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, then we ask that you reach out to us at ubucandleco@mail.com. Please include your name and order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.

Response times are no more than 24h-48h

**Customers, please note that if you select our cash app option at checkout that payment must be received within 24 hours of placing your order, or your order will be subject to cancellation.

UBU Candle Co. specializes in fulfilling your canvass selection once your order is placed!
We create each of our pours with great attention and care!
Please allow 3-5 business days for production time on your order.
For orders over 10 items in quantity, please allow 5-10 business days for production.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is complete and ready to ship. Shipping times will vary based on your shipping selection at checkout.

Event Refund Policy

At UBU Candle Co., we make every effort to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable UBU candle making experience. Currently, all sales on event purchases are final!
